Electro-Mechanical Straight and Helical Rising Table
Federal Broach’s vertical rising table machines are versatile enough to handle any internal ring gear in production today, whether it has a helical or straight profile. With robust 50-60 ton broaching force capabilities, 60-109 inch tool length capacities, flexible fixture designs and full turn-key automation capabilities, these machines are truly an asset. 600 square feet of floor space, 23 feet of ceiling height and 12 inches of reinforced concrete are required; however, costly pit requirements were eliminated. These machines have a 50 gallon hydraulic power unit which reduces dollars spent on consumables.
