With robust 50-75 ton broaching force capabilities and a wide range of 60-109 inch tool length capacities, our vertical rising table offers the versatility to accommodate virtually any precision broaching application. Facility Requirements
Installation of Federal Broach’s vertical rising table machine requires 600 square feet of floor space, 23 feet of ceiling height, and 12 inches of reinforced concrete. However, our turnkey systems are engineered to eliminate costly pit requirements. These machines feature a 50-gallon hydraulic power unit, utilized for part clamping, which substantially reduces ongoing costs of consumables.
