Helical Broaches
Internal helical broaches can be developed, designed, built and tested for a wide variety of parts, utilizing annular or spiral gullet design. With a wide variety of applications, sizes can range from 0.25-15.75 inches (6.4 - 400 mm) in diameter and up to 110 inches (2800 mm) in length.
- Solid broach tools up to 7.00 inch (180 mm) diameter.
- Hollow broaches 7.00 inch (180 mm) diameter and larger with draw bar or detachable ends.
